Individual Guidance in Mindfulness…

I offer one-to-one live online sessions in which I create a safe and compassionate space for you to be truly seen and heard. Together we use gentle mindful and creative practices to help you connect with your inner strength and knowing, so that you feel held and guided as you explore your way forward. You will leave the session feeling calmer and clearer, with some simple yet potent, practical tools that help support and strengthen your onward journey.

You can choose to have a 30-minute session or 1 hour. These are generally held over zoom at present. You can book an individual session or a package of three.

Individual Creative Mindfulness Sessions

Creative mindfulness individual sessions has a slightly different focus and takes mindful practices a step further by bringing in some intuitive expression into our sessions - this can be in the form of journalling, collage, drawing, painting, poetry, dancing and free writing. Practicing creative mindfulness can help us find a healthy balance in our daily lives; develop a compassionate, friendly relationship with ourselves and with others; it can enable us to be more aware of the early signs of anxiety or depression; it can reduce the effects of stress and low self-esteem, and reconnect us to the well of our own wisdom, joyfulness, productivity and creativity.

As an author, a trained and published artist, I know first-hand the transformative effects of engaging in creative activities. This can be a powerful, beautiful experience, even if you believe you don’t have an artistic bone in your body! These sessions are currently online only.

I had two mindfulness sessions with Kari and they were an absolute delight - relaxing, inspiring and rejuvenating. Kari listens deeply, asks pertinent questions, and has an extensive knowledge of mindful practices. These skills ensure that she was able to create a session that met my individual needs.

Kari gently encourages you to explore mindfulness from many different perspectives, helping you find the approach that works best for you. I especially loved how her soothing voice guided me calmly through meditative practices, leaving me feeling calm, centred, and more appreciative of the many gifts of being present.

How do I book?

You can select and purchase a session above, or you can contact me to arrange payment by bank transfer. Once you have paid we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet.

Can I book a session as a gift for someone else?

Yes, this would be a lovely, thoughtful gift. Simply click and pay above and let me know who the session is for an I can send them a beautifully designed digital voucher by email.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel a session for any reason, ideally give 72 hours notice so we can reschedule. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the full single session fee will be charged.
