Private Group Wild Wonder Walks
Private Group Wild Wonder Walks
As featured on BBC Radio 4’s Open Country, these private Wild Wonder or Creative Mindfulness Walks are bookable for small groups of friends, family or as a team-building exercise in various wild and beautiful locations in West Cornwall (these can also be arranged elsewhere).
We will be enjoying mindfulness, contemplation in nature and simple but powerful practices of reconnecting with our deeper selves, all outdoors, either in wild moorland, forest, ancient woods, sacred sites or by the sea. No previous experience of mindfulness necessary. Small moments of wonder are likely.
Prices start at £225 for up to 8 people for a 2-2.5 hour experience in West Cornwall. If you would like to book for more people or would like to change the location, please contact me.
The turning of the calendar year is celebrated in many cultures and traditions - often with parties, fireworks and celebration. It is also the perfect time to consciously and compassionately let go of the burdens, anxieties, or negative experiences we no longer want to carry forward into the new year, and to welcome in their place positive thoughts, feelings and intentions.
In mindfulness, we are cultivating a non-judgemental awareness of the present moment. In these wild wonder walks, we can tap into the powerful sense of ebb and flow that is always present in nature. It is an opportunity to quieten the internal chatter, and listen more carefully, more compassionately to the quieter voice of our own inner knowing and guidance.
During this 2-hour experience, we will walk through some dramatic scenery, pause for reflection, contemplation, and mindful practices and will use a simple, beautiful ritual with pure essential oils to help release what we no longer need, and welcome in the new.
Please note: it can be muddy and uneven underfoot, and will be uphill for some of the way. We also cross some ancient stiles. Whilst it is not an energetic stomp, it is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. If you do have some mobility concerns and would like to join a wonder walk more suited for you, then please do get in touch. I am always open to creating whatever is needed!
