These private Half-Day Retreats are bookable as a 1-to-1 experience in various wild and beautiful locations in West Cornwall (these can also be arranged elsewhere).
These powerful, individual 3-3.5 hour experiences are designed specifically around you. In our time together, you’ll receive my individual attention, intuitively exploring practices that can support your current needs and desires.
We will be enjoying mindfulness, creative practices, gentle coaching, contemplation in nature and simple but powerful ways to reconnect and tune in to your inner knowing, all outdoors, either in wild moorland, forest, ancient woods, sacred sites or by the sea. No previous experience of mindfulness necessary. Moments of wonder are likely.
Designing your individual retreat programme
Before we meet, I’ll send you a short questionnaire, designed to start the process of your retreat and help you to explore what you’d most like to get from our time together and learn more about your mobility needs etc. Your answers will allow me to start creating a unique experience for you. Although these experiences can look very different for each individual, we will likely follow this very loose format:
Intention setting for our time together, with optional intuitive card reading to help frame our time together.
A mindful ‘ritual’ to create a safe and nurturing container for the experience.
Guided, mindful, soothing time in nature – this may be in woodland, by the sea or at an ancient, sacred place.
Meditation, forest bathing or guided, conscious rest in nature.
Journaling or drawing our responses and insights.
Closing the container.
Reviewing insights from the experience and grounding so you are feeling good and ready to continue with your day.
With longer, day-long retreats there is more opportunity to go deeper, where I can hold quiet, listening space for you within a natural setting. This in itself can be immensely powerful. Please email me if you’d like a longer retreat.

Naturally, if you’re uncomfortable with any of the above then we can adjust accordingly - this is all about providing a space in which you feel held, safe and open to wonder and inspiration.
